What a great store! I have a 9 1/2 size foot, but the boots I wanted were only available in 9 or 10. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone went to the floor and tried on a pair to see if they ran small or large. She told me they ran large and to order the size 9. The boots arrived very quickly and the size 9 fit perfectly!!! What great service!! I just may buy a second pair as they fit great and are very comfortable. They were also a great price. Glad I found this store.
