Shakespeare 7" fillet knife |

These knifes are better suited for boning meat as they are wider than a conventional fillet knife, having said I did fillet a bunch of pan fish the other day and the knife held it's edge through 15 nice sized bluegills. I originally bought 3 and ordered 8 more today! I can now share a few with my friends and look like a hero, they don't have to know that I paid less than $2 a piece. This is a STEAL for the price!

Not the highest quality available, but at $2 each, they can't be beat. I've found that I like keeping one or two spare sharpened fillet knives handy.
