The experience buying online from Glen's store was excellent and the auger arrived in 2 days! The auger is also great but unfortunately the auger propane hose was leaking propane and I had to call jiffy to send me a new hose. That was a little disappointing since I paid $500 for a auger that started out leaking.

Its too soon to rate the product itself as we have no ice. But I did attach the propane and fired it up. The drill started on the second pull and idled very nicely. The drill is heavy, but I was fully aware of the weight when I ordered the drill, and the propane fueled motor is more important to me then the extra weight. My experience with Glen's was very satisfactory. The drill was sent quickly and without shipping fees, and included a free bag for the drill (though the handles on the bag appear to have been sewed onto the bag incorrectly).
