How do I return an item?
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns and exchanges must have prior authorization in order to be received at our warehouse. Any return sent without a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) will be refused or sent back to the shipper.
Our Return Merchandise Numbers help ensure that returns and exchanges are handled as quickly as possible and provide our customers with the best communication during the return process.
- Return the merchandise to us within 180 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resell-able condition. This also includes the original manufactures packaging. Please box up returns in a separate package or some form of paper packaging wrap. Please do not place labels or tape on the original manufactures packaging.
- Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.
- Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
- Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.
- Food and load items are final sales.
- For safety reason all ammunition sales are final.
- Any warrantied product must be serviced directly with the manufacturer who issued the warranty.
- All returns must have an RMA Number on the outside of the shipment.
- All footwear must be in original condition, including the original box.
- An $8 box replacement fee will be charged to any footwear box returned in non sale-able condition.
Why doesn't Glen's pay for return shipping?
Some retailers offer "free" shipping on returns. While these returns may seem free, you are really paying for this shipping in higher retail prices. We have chosen instead to offer the lowest possible pricing and have shipping costs be incurred only by those who decide to return or exchange an item. Most of the time, in the end, the combination of our low prices and our low return shipping fees actually end up costing less money than our competitors "free" service.

No refund will be given if:
- The item isn't returned within 180 days.
- The item isn't in original sale-able condition.
- The item shows signs of use.
We request 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
