How do I return an item?
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
The following terms must be met by you:
Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
The products must be returned in new, resellable condition.
Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.
Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.
Food and load items are final sales.
As part of our 110% commitment to satisfaction, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your item(s) when it arrives we will give you a full refund, partial refund, or exchange the item(s).

Please send returns via UPS or USPS for earlier delivery to us.
If we made a mistake in your order the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Partial refunds will only be given if:
- The item isn't returned within 30 days.
- The item isn't in the original condition.
- The item shows signs of use.
We are not responsible for merchandise that is defective or is the result of a manufacturer's defect after the 30 day mark. Although we will do our best to take care of any problems that arise, any warrantied product must be handled by the manufacturer who issued the warranty.
We request 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
