I had to order a second, 1/2 size smaller, pair and except for them being a little high on the ankle, they fit well. The boots arrived quickly and Glen's processed my refund for the first pair of boots efficiently.

I love these boots. Every year I purchase another pair and have done so over the past 8 years. Perfect heel size for casual and looks great with jeans. This was the first time I ordered from Glen's and had no problem so will continue to do so.
