I have to admit that I am a bit saddened in seeing the fact that the unit I bought in mid December 2011 can be purchased today for considerably less money than what I paid in December, but have to admit that Glen's did a great job of helping me when the first unit arrived in Montana and it was broken. I contacted them, sent the original one back and within a few days a new unit was in my hands.
As far as the Vexilar itself is concerned, I never thought I would say this, but it is the first thing in the pickup when it is time to go fishing and honestly the only thing related to the fishing trip that gets to ride inside the cab of the truck. Everything else goes in the back. I can't see going hard water fishing without it. I was the envy of our whole 10 person fishing party in early January to Lake of the Woods with my FL-22 HD

I got the FL-22 HD in three days!!! Very easy to deal with. I talked to customer service and they were very helpful. Over all I will do business with them again! Unfortunately I have not had a chance to use it.
