I order a pair of Sorrell men's slippers and when they arrived they were too small. I had no trouble returning them and receiving the proper authorization to do so. However, when I called the lady who answered the phone asked me if I wanted to order them a size larger. I replied that I did, but I have received no information that the order has been shipped as yet. Now, to put the best construction on it, perhaps they are waiting until they receive my first order back prior to shipping (should have been there by now), but it would have been nice to know what the plan was.

Awesome slippers!

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves them! He says they're really warm and even has to take them off inside sometimes because his feet get too hot! I highly recommend these cute and toasty slippers.

What a wonderful pair of slippers. Very comfortable and warm. Couldn't be happier. Also- the staff at Glen's was extremely helpful, I received my slippers much quicker than expected.
