The experience buying online from Glen's store was excellent and the auger arrived in 2 days! The auger is also great but unfortunately the auger propane hose was leaking propane and I had to call jiffy to send me a new hose. That was a little disappointing since I paid $500 for a auger that started out leaking.

Its too soon to rate the product itself as we have no ice. But I did attach the propane and fired it up. The drill started on the second pull and idled very nicely. The drill is heavy, but I was fully aware of the weight when I ordered the drill, and the propane fueled motor is more important to me then the extra weight. My experience with Glen's was very satisfactory. The drill was sent quickly and without shipping fees, and included a free bag for the drill (though the handles on the bag appear to have been sewed onto the bag incorrectly).

When i finally decide to buy the propane power auger there was none left in michigan but glens online had it and got it promptly to me even though there was a blizzard of the century.This auger is one powerful machine ice right now is running two feet thick no prob 4 this one

I have used it 2 times so far. It started right up and worked great. I am very happy with the auger. Can't wait to get out again.

So far so good. Have not tried in extreme cold. Worked well from 10 degrees F. Easy to assemble and started second pull. Very satisfied so far.

Best auger ever! I have 18" of ice on my lake and it eats through it like a fat kid on a candy bar! Runs much quieter than a gas auger and can use it in the shanty without smoking everyone out. Glen's service was excellent too. Highly recommended.
