The Tech Pant I received is great. The problem is I had a confirmed order for 2 pair and received only one.  I was notified via e-mail 2 days after order was confirmed! Too late to get from another source without over night charges.  I called and the response I got was "no more in stock, no idea when they would be available again" No "we're sorry".  I asked about shipping charges I had been charged for 2 pair and was told no refund for shipping, very disappointed in abrupt answers and lack of apology.
