I ordered boots online and was sent the wrong color twice, and the third pair was defective.
After 3 weeks of calling, returning, and reordering I ended up with no boots. I have since purchased them through another store which got the order right the FIRST time.
I will not be making any future puchases from Glen's Outdoors. I'm extremely frustrated and dissapointed.

I ordered these boots in a 10, only to discover after the online system said they were ready for shipping that I had ordered the wrong size and should have ordered a 12(to leave extra room for a 11.5 shoe-size.) Glen's staff were able to change the size and they arrived incredibly quickly, but unfortunately the 12 turned out to be too big, and they did not have an 11 in stock. Getting a return authorization was simple, and at this rate I am not expecting any problems with the return itself. These guys have been a joy to deal with and I really wish they'd had the right size so they could keep my money!
