Best auger I have used. Cuts faster than the new propane model. Starts and runs great in below 0 temps. Only bummer is it didnt come with Jiffy oil, it was a half a day drive to get it from where we live, if I had known I would have ordered some. Got it under 4 days! Thanks!

My auger was supose to ship in 1-2 days and be here with in 7 day i called a few times to get tracking on it they said they didn't have the tracking info but it had shipped it didn't show up for 2 weeks it was on back order but no one knew what was going on horrible customer service i will never buy from them again!
