It arrived in just two work days, which I was very pleased with (and that was with free shipping)!. The box was a little beat up but evertything was fine. Started on second pull. Been very warm in Wisc. so not much chance to use yet. The couple times out has been very good with the auger. Very pleased with the whole experience.

item was shipped very fastand packaged well. looks to be in good shape but have not started it up yet as it is a christmas present for my son.if there are any problems with it i will let you know as i have your store in my book now. thank you/

I have used the auger about 8 times and drilled over 50 holes 14". It never missed a beat. It is also light in weight. Good product.
