Eureka Sunrise 11 Tent and Rainfly |

I received my tent as ordered. We set it up immediately. Everything was as promised except for the rain fly, which had a hole in it and some obvious areas of fabric wear. Customer Service advised me to call manufacturer directly for replacement, which I did and they responded immediately with instructions to send it back and will send me a new one. I must say that "Sandy" at Johnson Outdoors expressed concern at the damage -- she told me that all products are thoroughly examined for defects before leaving Johnson Outdoors. She obviously believed that Glen's had shipped me an item that had been previously used or otherwise damaged by the retailer. Anyway -- looks like I will be taken care of.
