I've used this style for years, inner sole extends into heel for no aching back!! Priced right! They wear for years with half-way decent care! Ordered 2 pair and the pair from Wis. took 8 days to arrive and the one they had shipped from Ohio came in 4 days! Great people to do biz with!

First, Glen's is terrific in my first experience. I ordered a duplicate of a boot that I had bought in Rapid City, S.D. I ordered the exact same boot with the same model no. and everything. When my Durango Work Western Boots came in from Glen, they did not fit! It appears the pair that I bought in Rapid City were mislabeled, somehow! After talking on the phone with a Glen's representative, she have me the authorization no. to return and exchange for another pair and within 4 days the other pair arrived and fit great. Its the first time I have ever ordered boots or shoes over the internet and wearing a double E or triple E can be quite worrisome. It all worked out. Thanx Glen's, great job
