Need to Exchange! |

I recently purchased the above product, and, while I love the purse, I'm not satisfied with a large wrinkle in a very conspicuous place on the closing flap. I would like to exchange it for one with a stiffer flap. I wrote a few days ago to request return information and have not heard back from that email.
I was very pleased with the shipping and selection of the merchandise at Glen's, but I would like to know if I may exchange the purse I bought for an identical one with the stiffer leather flap. Thank you!
