Classic Leather Purse features the same design as Duluth Pack's shell bags, but is constructed of rich premium leather for longer life and luxurious styling. For the #100 and #200, two full-length pockets (one zippered) and four smaller pockets are found inside the fully lined main compartment. The #50 has a full-length pocket inside and is also fully lined. All three bags secure with a leather flap strap and high quality roller buckle. Each bag also comes with an adjustable leather shoulder strap and is Guaranteed for Life. These classics donâ€™t get old; they just get more experienced. Made in USA.

I recently purchased the above product, and, while I love the purse, I'm not satisfied with a large wrinkle in a very conspicuous place on the closing flap. I would like to exchange it for one with a stiffer flap. I wrote a few days ago to request return information and have not heard back from that email.

I was very pleased with the shipping and selection of the merchandise at Glen's, but I would like to know if I may exchange the purse I bought for an identical one with the stiffer leather flap. Thank you!
