Great boot/not so great service.

First off the boots were amazing. Great fit excelnt price.The service on the other hand was terrible. I wrote customer service twice about tracking and arrival time because thins have been stolen off my door step several times it was not tip the third email that I finnaly got an email telling me the arrival date.I was never offered tracking info or was I ever informed of when my boots shipped.

These Desert Acadia boots are sweet! Super comfortable and look very well crafted. Glen's had the best price I could find anywhere.
Very happy with my order, my only complaint being that it took a bit longer than expected but I chalk that up to the holiday season delays.
