Still haven't received the right boots March 4, 2012

Poor service experience.  Ordered boots and received a different kind.  Was asked to FedEx the boots back, and they would send the right boot.  Busted my butt to send them back ASAP through FedEx.  2 weeks later I still have not received a replacement pair of boots.  Poor experience.
