I am a forester and do a lot of walking and have used Danner Boots for close to 20 years and this will be my fourth pair. I wear them till the soles are slick and I start falling down too often. The only thing I am not sure I like on the current version is the robber toe covering which does not seem to have a much give as the leather which had formerly been used. It has taken some break in time to get my big toe used to it and had I known I probably gone to a little wider size
