OK Boots

I bought these boots as they are higher up the ankle than normal hiking boots and because they are waterproof. They are nice boots, but quite stiff and also a bit hot (I have similar winter boots with insulation). I'm hoping they will break in, as I had some pretty bad blisters on my heels after walking short distances in them. The manufacturer's warranty only covers defects, no guarantee on comfort and wear. Maybe I'm spoiled from my Merrells that require no breaking in time. For this alone I would recommend boots from LL Bean or similar store, that offer lifetime guarantees, no questions asked.

I have not worn the boots yet but I was extremely pleased in the way my order was handled. There was a discrepency with the price. Customer service took care of it quickly and efficiently. I will buy from Glen's again and I will recommend Glen's.
