A cushioning Vibram Kletterlift outsole fights fatigue on long marches. Made of a specialized dry ice compound, the outsole remains flexible in extreme cold to aid slip resistance. The full-grain leather upper and GORE-TEX lining keeps the boot waterproof. Danner’s famous stitchdown construction gives a more stable platform underfoot and superior durability.

Glen's service was excellent! Delivery was quick and I got the product I ordered with no issues.  The boots are what I expected them to be, which is nothing but the best.  There was no break in time and very easy to put on that mirror polish.  Do keep in mind when ordering this boot, you do need to order a 1/2 size up.  I knew that from reading other reviews before I bought the boots and that holds true. They are very comfortable and durable.  Ft. Lewis boots will be all that I wear and Glen's will be where I order them from.
