Made for soldiers required to pursue combatants over diverse terrain, the Desert TFX has a rugged, aggressive outsole and Danner’s patented, lightweight TERRA FORCE X system, which provides stability and support. The waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX lining is comfortable and the rough-out leather and 1000 Denier nylon upper supply durability. Features 400G Thinsulate Ultra Insulation provides warmth in cooler conditions. Approved for optional wear for the U.S. Army per AR670-1.

This is the best boot I ever worn. They run very true to size. Don't trust the sizing scale you can down load from other sites as your printer DOES NOT print 100% same size. I know, I had to reorder for the correct size. Have your foot measured at a shoe store. Ultimately I ended up with a boot that fits perfect and looks great. On top of all, Glen's gave me fantastic customer service. Thanks Glen's.
