Fully waterproof and windproof, it is constructed of durable and lightweight .40mm polyester-backed PVC (polyvinylchloride) material with electronically welded seams. It also features adjustable suspenders with snap closures, snap-adjustable leg openings and a reversible, front-to-back design.
