I ordered two different reels both arrived within three days, my second reel that came the box had no reel in it, I called the company and the lady was super nice and said she would get back with me, which she did in a very short time. She told me another reel was in the process of being shipped out I received it two days later, I am very pleased with their service and will continue to order from them. Beside of the great service the two reels I ordered I saved two hundred and fifty dollars on them combined, I looked all over for these two reels and when I found them here for the price I called to make sure the price was not an error it wasn't'  I have ordered from many sports company's in past but have never been more pleased than with GLENS.

Great reel for Double 10s! September 21, 2012

I was looking for a reels that I could throw double 10s with all day and not have the fatigue in my hand and wrist that I had with bigger round reels (ie. calcutta, which is great, just too big).  Love this reel for that.  if you want to burn  your baits don't get winch, get the higher speed toro, but if you are not looking to burn your baits this makes a VERY smooth easy retrieve for your double 10s!

I have owned a lot of reels over my 50+ years of fishing and I have to say this is the finest reel I've ever owned. Very solid & well made, smooth strong drag-no jerk at start up & super smooth right thru lock down. Reels in the big ones (29lb Salmon) without any flex or hesitation. Best part of all is Glen's Outdoor fast ship and very low price, saved me more than $75.00 off the lowest price I could find on or off the net.
I'll be buying more from you!!!!
